Management Training workshop in a modern conference room

Management Training that changes how your team actually works

We run small-group programmes for managers who want sharper decision-making, honest feedback skills and the confidence to lead without a script.

Most new managers are promoted, not prepared

You were great at your previous role. Then someone handed you a team. Suddenly you are expected to delegate, give difficult feedback, run meetings that don't waste everyone's morning and somehow keep producing results yourself.

We built our programmes around that gap. Each course tackles real situations you face this week, not abstract theory you might use someday. You practise conversations, review your own decisions with a coach and leave with habits you can repeat on Monday.

Our trainers have managed teams of five to fifty across retail, healthcare, tech and public-sector organisations. They know what breaks down when a manager is winging it, because they have been there themselves.

Our training programmes

Four structured paths, each with live workshops, peer exercises and one-to-one coaching calls.

Foundations for new managers

An eight-week programme covering delegation, time management, giving feedback and running productive one-to-ones. Designed for anyone in their first eighteen months of managing people. Each cohort has a maximum of ten participants so you get direct attention from your trainer.

Strategic leadership intensive

A twelve-week course for managers who already handle day-to-day operations and want to influence direction. Topics include cross-functional alignment, stakeholder communication, resource planning and change management. Includes two half-day simulations with actors playing difficult stakeholders.

Coaching skills for managers

Six weeks focused on asking better questions, listening without fixing and helping your reports find their own answers. You will practise live coaching triads each session and receive written feedback from a certified coach. Ideal as a follow-on to the Foundations programme.

Bespoke team workshops

We design a one-day or two-day workshop around a specific challenge your leadership group is facing: restructuring, hybrid-work friction, post-merger integration or performance review overhaul. You brief us on context and we build the session from scratch. Minimum group size is six.

How it works

From first call to final certificate, here is the path.

Discovery call

We spend thirty minutes understanding your role, your team and the specific situations that keep you up at night. No sales pitch, just questions.

Programme matching

Based on what you tell us, we recommend a programme and a start date. If nothing fits, we say so honestly and point you elsewhere.

Live workshops begin

Sessions run weekly for the duration of your programme. Each one lasts ninety minutes and mixes short input from the trainer with pair exercises and group discussion.

Coaching and practice

Between sessions you apply what you have learned with your own team. Your coach checks in fortnightly to review how conversations and decisions went.

Completion and follow-up

You receive a certificate, a personal development summary and access to our alumni community. Three months later we schedule a check-in to see what stuck.

What participants say afterwards

Unedited comments from post-programme surveys.

"I stopped dreading one-to-ones. The framework we practised gave me a way to open difficult topics without making people defensive."
Fiona R., operations manager, Belfast
"The coaching triads were uncomfortable at first. By week four I realised I had been solving problems for my team instead of helping them think. That shift saved me hours every week."
Darren K., engineering lead, Derry
"Our bespoke workshop surfaced tensions the senior team had been avoiding for months. Having an outside facilitator made it safe enough to be honest."
Niamh T., HR director, Newry

Frequently asked questions

Both. The Foundations and Coaching Skills programmes run as live video sessions. The Strategic Leadership Intensive includes two in-person days at our Upton Davis venue. Bespoke workshops are delivered wherever your team meets.
Between six and ten. We cap numbers because pair exercises and coaching feedback require real attention. If a cohort fills up, we open the next start date rather than cramming more people in.
Pricing depends on the programme and whether your organisation is enrolling one person or a group. We share exact figures during the discovery call because we occasionally adjust rates for charities and early-stage companies.
Yes. Most participants are sponsored by their employer. We invoice the company and provide a formal learning agreement that outlines objectives, schedule and expected outcomes.
Life happens. You can miss up to two sessions and catch up via a recorded summary plus a short one-to-one with the trainer. If you miss more than two, we may suggest joining the next cohort at no extra cost.
